Welcome to Sarvottam Yatra. By booking any tour package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining 70% balance amount must be paid on arrival or before the commencement of tour services.
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transport, and other travel services.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% cancellation charges
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
- 10–15 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges
- Less than 10 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges
- The booking amount paid for confirmation is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Banking charges, payment gateway charges, and non-refundable service costs will be deducted.
Hotel & Transport
- Hotels and vehicles are subject to availability.
- Similar category hotels may be provided if the booked property is unavailable.
- Sightseeing and travel services are subject to weather, road, and government regulations.
Force Majeure
Sarvottam Yatra shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, landslides, snowfall, strikes, political disturbances, government restrictions, flight/train cancellations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Liability
Sarvottam Yatra acts only as a travel facilitator and shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
Acceptance
By making any payment towards a booking, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
